We use the term “You” to refer to the direct user or viewer of the website. If you use the service provided by this website, you agree to all of our terms and conditions.

Canter Safari and Jeep Safari The payments are not refundable.
The Jeep Safari and Canter Safari fees are non-refundable. Current safari booking fees will be returned if the booking is not confirmed.

Our Liabilities and Limitations:

 Please keep in mind that after you confirm the tour/service pricing, any increases in permission fees for safaris/taxes, gasoline costs, or guide prices will be charged as additional. 

Important Reminders for Current Reservations:

Ranthambhore National Park’s Current/Tatkal Booking.

Submit your booking request at least one day in advance.
The current booking is not guaranteed to be 100% confirmed.
Your safari zone could be any of the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve’s 1 to 10 zones.
Any specific zone booking is not guaranteed; however, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Things to Consider When Booking a Ranthambore Safari:
Safari reservations must be paid in full in advance.
Every visitor must show identification.
On confirmed bookings, no refunds or cancellations are authorised.
The reservation is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with anyone else.You must bring the same ID card that you used to make your online reservation.

A safari can be booked up to 90 days in advance.

Foreign tourists must provide passport information when making bookings.
Safari permits are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability).
The park may be closed without notification to visitors.
If the fees change after the booking, visitors will be required to pay the difference when they enter the park.
Visitors must arrive at the boarding location 15 minutes before the safari’s planned departure time.
If you purchase a safari for the next day, your reservation will be deemed a ‘current booking,’ and all restrictions and limitations will apply to current reservations.

*Please Note* All reservations for use of any facility, including admission and stay in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, are provisional in nature and are subject to modification/cancellation without assigning any reasons by the Field Director, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. Making a reservation implies your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions outlined above. There shall be no cancellation/refund for any safari under any circumstances, and no request for refund/rescheduling of safari shall be granted.

Welcome Ranthambore National Park Safari. The domain name www.ranthamborenationalparksafari.com is owned by Wildlife Adventure India. Here we use the term “You” that refers to the direct user or viewer of the website. 

• The first thing you should know that the safari is fully controlled and managed by the forest department of the Ranthambore National Park.
• Safari in Ranthambore National Park is organized for tourists from 1st October to 30th June and remains closed from July to September due to the monsoon season.
• There are two shifts of safari morning shift and evening shift.
• Advance booking for the safari is allowed through the online process.
• At the time of online safari booking, you have to provide the full name and a photo ID number of every visitor. (As mentioned on id card).
• ID proof for the Indians, Passport / Driving license / Pan Card / Voter ID / Aadhaar Card /School ID or any other office ID is acceptable.
• Foreigner need to provide only their passport as the photo ID proof.
• You are asked to provide the information like your safari date, time (morning/afternoon), vehicle (Jeep/Canter).
• You have to pay the full fee in advance which includes the park entrance fee, vehicle fee and guide fee.
• Any private vehicle is not allowed in the park in any condition.
• Zones are on the random basis (Subject to availability).
• Confirm jeep safari and canter safari amount is non- refundable.  Current booking charges will be refunded if booking will not get confirmed.
• Safari booked before one day of safari will be submitted in current quota.
• Our Liabilities and Limitations : Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/ taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Hotel cancellation policy 

• 30 days prior to arrival – 10% of the hotel total cost.
• 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival – 30% of the hotel total cost.
• 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival – 40 % of the hotel total cost.
• 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival – 50% of the hotel total cost.
• Less than 48 hours or no show – NO REFUND.

Note:- This cancellation policy not applicable on safari bookings.

All reservations for use of any service including entry and stay in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional in nature and are subject to change / cancellation by the Field Director, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve without assigning any reasons. Making a reservation will indicate your agreement to any and all of the terms and conditions laid down then. There shall be no cancellation/ refund for any safari under any circumstances and no request shall be entertained for refund/ cataloging of safari.
